OldBooth ($0.99, App Store) is one of my favorite gimmicky iPhone apps. Ever wonder what you would have looked like if you had grown up in the 70s? OldBooth takes faces and adds retro style hair and clothes. The end result is like a bad yearbook photo you wish time had forgotten. You can use pictures taken with the iPhone’s camera (you can take pictures within the app), or use any photo you’ve synched onto the iPhone.
The pay version offers 40 different masks (styles) for both men and women. There is now a lite version that offers only two masks, but we recommend the full version for the most laughs.
