HFOrg (free, iTunes link) is an iPhone app for reporting illegally parked cars in handicapped spaces. To report an incident, simply open the app and enter the date, time, license plate number, placard number (if applicable), and a photo. The info will be added to the HandicappedFraud.org website and database, which are accessed by law enforcement across the country.

I’m not condoning or denouncing this app, but the funny thing about it is that Steve Jobs himself is known for parking his Mercedes SL55 AMG in handicapped spaces (although mostly on the Apple corporate campus). There are numerous stories and photos scattered around the Internets documenting it:

You may have a hard time reporting Jobs though, as he also drives without a license plate on his car (a $250 fine in California).

HROrg is a free download from the iTunes App Store.
