If you’re desperate to tune your iPhone into terrestrial radio, Gigaware has just released the Gigaware In-line Control with HD Radio for iPhone receiver ($79.99), which works with an accompany app, HD Radio (free, iTunes link), already in the App Store.

In addition to high-quality digital sound, the receiver sends information like artist and song title to your iPhone. You can mark the songs to buy later off iTunes.  

The device comes in at a rather hefty $79.99, and it’s only available via Radioshack.
