Yeah, 3 frames per sec. is not the greatest but better than nothing. One thing I don't like is, once the video is saved to your camera roll you can't share it. There's no option to email, mms or share it. If you want to share the video you must do it after you're finished recording. Maybe this is something that can be improved in an update.
