I’ve been using the Chase Mobile app (free, iTunes link) for months now on almost a daily basis, and it’s a great little app for Chase customers to pay bills and check up on account balances while on the go. The app has been updated to be almost fully native (before, it was basically a webapp wrapped in a native-app shell).

The graphics are slicker, and the interface has sliding menus and faster loading of data. All the previous functionality remains. You can pay bills, transfer or wire money from your account, set up recurring payments, or find an nearby ATM using the iPhone’s GPS.

Chase Mobile for iPhone and iPod Touch

Forget to pay that bill while sitting at your computer this morning? Chase Mobile (free, iTunes link) is a free app that gives mobile access to your online Chase banking anywhere. It offers almost all the features that Chase’s website does, including:

• Transfer money
• View account balances
• View transaction history

The app also lets you find the nearest Chase ATM using the iPhone’s location services. Tapping any of the ATM locations will launch it Google Maps. There is a Contact Us tab that offers quick one-touch dialing to any of Chase’s customer services numbers.
